All microgreens are freshly grown on order and shipped within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and harvest schedules, and customers will be notified once the order is dispatched.
All orders are accepted against 100 percent advance payment; no refunds or returns are permitted due to the perishable nature of microgreens.
Replacement may be provided only in case of transit-related damage, subject to reporting within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
No refund or replacement will be applicable for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details.
