Refund policy

At AgriZen Microgreens, we grow and deliver fresh, live microgreens under strictly controlled and hygienic conditions. As our products are highly perishable, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. Advance Payment Policy

  • All microgreen subscriptions and orders are accepted only against 100% advance payment.
  • Orders are confirmed and scheduled for harvest and delivery only after successful payment.
  • No cash-on-delivery or post-delivery payment options are available.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable and live nature of microgreens, refunds are not permitted once an order or subscription has been confirmed.
  • This applies to:
    • Subscription plans (single, twin, quad, or customised plans)
    • One-time tray purchases
    • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

3. Replacement for Transit Damage

We take utmost care in packaging and delivery. However, in the rare event of transit-related issues:

  • Replacement will be provided if the microgreens are:
    • Physically damaged during transit
    • Spoiled due to delivery-related handling issues
  • The issue must be:
    • Reported within 2 hours of delivery
    • Supported with clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Upon verification, a replacement tray will be scheduled in the next delivery cycle.
  • No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. No Returns Accepted

  • Once delivered, microgreens cannot be returned, as they are food products grown specifically for individual orders.

5. Customer Unavailability

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, locked premises, or customer unavailability:
    • The delivery will be considered complete
    • No refund or replacement will be applicable

6. Subscription Modifications

  • Subscription pauses or changes (where allowed) must be informed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Any last-minute changes may not be accommodated due to harvest schedules.

7. Quality Assurance Commitment

Every tray from AgriZen Microgreens is grown using:

  • Organic, Non-GMO seeds
  • RO water
  • Chemical-free, soil-free, hygienic conditions
  • Carefully monitored temperature, humidity, and lighting

Our replacement policy exists solely to ensure fairness while maintaining food safety standards.

8. Final Discretion

  • AgriZen Microgreens reserves the right to make the final decision regarding replacements after reviewing the reported issue.
  • This policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.

All orders are accepted against advance payment only. As microgreens are perishable, no refunds or returns are permitted. Replacement may be provided solely in case of transit-related damage, subject to timely reporting and verification.
